Samsung Customer Service Terrible. It's unfortunate because they have good tech but the support and customer service really. I purchased 3 very expensive 75 and 85 tvs that were damaged during delivery. samsung customer service is horrible. i love samsung products but this terrible experience has left a bad taste in our mouths. a journey of discovery through social media support, being handed off to no less than nine different people, all eager to help, but ultimately underlining the incompetence of samsung customer. I've started escalating issues as soon as i can. the last hour, i finally found out that samsung has my phone (where i sent it for repair), but i had to file a claim through servify to get my phone replaced. i love samsung products, but samsung's us customer service is pretty much trash. You should bring your faulty product to a near samsung store from your. samsung's customer service is terrible. It's mind boggling that they would. Just wanted to share my samsung customer care experience with everyone.
